Light weight with ceramic fibre insulation. The outer casing is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. sheet duly painted. Heating elements are made of “KANTHAL A-1” wire and backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy.

Ceramic fibre insulated with chamber made of high density ceramic fibre board. The furnace is heated by heavy duty transformer unit. Control panel is provide with heavy duty controllers. Fitted with Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. Complete with Pt / RH Thermocouple.
